Our Culture: Strength in Community

We are more than an archery studio; we are a gathering space for growth, connection, and confidence. As the first Black and queer-owned archery studio in Columbus, we intentionally cultivate an environment where diversity is celebrated, inclusion is non-negotiable, and every individual—no matter their background, experience, or identity—feels seen and supported.

Our Code of Conduct:
Take Aim with Integrity

  • We operate with integrity, courtesy, and kindness. Whether on the range or in conversation, respect for one another is our guiding principle.

  • Archery is a sport of precision and control. We follow all safety guidelines and expect every participant to do the same. If you’re unsure, just ask—we’ve got you.

  • Whether you’re here for your first shot or your hundredth, we meet you where you are and encourage progress at your own pace.

  • Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion of any kind is not tolerated. We aim to lift each other up, not tear each other down.

  • Our goal is for every person to step onto the range feeling supported and confident, and to leave with a sense of pride, focus, and accomplishment.
